The Little Chef first opened between 1972 and 1976 and it was housed in a tall, narrow building with a second floor included. It was located on the A677 near Blackburn and was just off the busy M6 motorway that ran past it.
Between 2001 and 2002, the Little Chef sadly closed. The building currently houses an Indian Restaurant called Bukhara. The building looks relatively modern when Bukhara took over which suggests that the restaurant performed a refurbishment on the restaurant to give it a more modern look.
