Little Chef
Little Chef is a British roadside chain founded by Sam Alper in 1958. It is currently comprised of 77 outlets mainly located on A-roads across the United Kingdom. Little Chef grew rapidly through the 1970's and 80's under the ownership of Trusthouse Forte before peaking with over 400 restaurants in the late 90's. Following multiple changes of ownership, the chain is now owned by the Kout Food Group.
