History[]
The Egginton branch opened in 1977 to much fanfare.
Curiously, until about 1985, the site was often mistakingly labeled as Eggington on Little Chef publicity.
The Little Chef lasted until 2005 when it closed permanently. It is now OK Diner, which still operates to this day.
