The Clydebank branch was a former Little Chef on the A82 Great Western Road to the west of Glasgow.

Originally opened between 1972 and 1976 (although probably closer to 1972), this was in the era when Forte dispatched teams of people to buy up roadside real estate on major routes to quickly grow Little Chef. With Great Western Road being the main road from Glasgow to Inverness up the west coast this was prime Little Chef fodder and Forte wasted no time in finding a suitable location. The site was originally named Parkhall, after the filling station it was located beside, and had the benefit of being able to serve both a local population and a long-distance traveller.

By 1975, the name had been changed to Clydebank.

However, by 1982-1984 the site has closed. This was probably due to improvements to the M8 through and to the west of Glasgow making it a quicker route west than the A82, especially now it linked easily to the Erskine Bridge, linking the M8 to the A82 but, crucially to the west side of the Parkhall site, meaning much long-distance traffic now bypassed it. However, Forte weren't going to let that put them off and instead opened a new site further west at Gate Services, Dumbarton, crucially now on the right side of the Erskine Bridge junction.

It is not clear exactly where the site was, as Parkhall filling station no longer exists but it is thought that it was located opposite the Park Hall Hotel on the westbound side of the A82 and is now part of the Arnold Clark Ford Dealerships. This site used to have a filling station and has a building which carries some telltale Little Chef style signage trim like that of the 1970s.
