The Little Chefs that were Kelly's Kitchen sites, which are notable for their distinctive exterior design. Kelly Kitchen were a short-lived rival chain of Little Chef, starting in 1987 and reaching a peak of 18 chains before being acquired by Trusthouse Forte in 1990, who would convert all chains into Little Chefs by the end of 1991.
