Brightside Roadside is a British chain of comfort food restaurants, founded in 2022 and launched in 2023. It was created by Loungers plc, who were inspired by Little Chef and Happy Eater. The company acquired three of the four sites used by the Route Restaurants chain in 2022, as well as securing a new-build in Rutland.
